1. How do I place an order?
Simply select your style on the product page, click the “Add to Cart” button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order.
We will prepare your order and notify you when it is shipped!
2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. For international orders, shipping will take an additional 7 to 15 days
3. My tracking number doesn’t work
It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, carriers may lose orders. If the tracking number does not work within a few days, contact the carrier.
4. I need help with my back order
